Amy and Joe Reardon are the owners of the brand new BeBalanced Hormone Weight Loss Center franchise in Bryn Mawr, Pannsylvania. It is the Company’s sixth franchise. At their grand opening celebration on November 5th, 2016, family, friends and community members, including Pango Financial President Candice Caruso, helped the Reardons celebrate their success. the Bryn Mawr location underwent a total transformation from bookstore to tranquil wellness center.
Amy didn’t always dream of owning her own franchise. She started in advertising and marketing, later changing her career to teaching babies and children the ISR swimming survival method. But this career change feel similar for Amy. Within the first week, she said, “I knew this was a job I wanted to do because I believed in the program so much.” Amy’s goal in opening her franchise was not only to become her own boss and build a successful business, but also to help people feels better and be more confident.
BeBalanced Hormone Weight Loss Centers offer a holistic approach to weight loss, incorporating diet and stress management techniques, with the goal of helping people in their thirties and older create healthy and sustainable weigth loss and lifestyle improvement.
“Last winter I found myself working for a friend during the grand opening of her BeBalanced Center in Blue Bell. I reached out to her for employment to stay busy during the winter when I did not teach swimming, and to assist her int eh challenging task of opening a new business. After just a few weeks, I found myself amazed by the program and the life-changing impact it was having on our clients. When a client, who had been frustrated for many years trying to lose weight and feel better, asked me to ‘please thank the owner for bringing this program that changed my life,’ I knew it was a sign for me to bring it to more people in our communities.”
